NETW 203 Week 7 It’s Time to Show What We Can Do DeVry

NETW 203 Week 7 PACKET TRACER LABS

  • Review all of the packet tracer labs you have completed. While the goal is not perfection, you should redo any lab on which you got less than 90% until you feel more comfortable with the experience.
  • Practice skills-based assessment.
You may attempt the practice the skills-based assessment in packet tracer almost as many times as you like. Again, the purpose is not perfection but rather to make you more familiar with the environment and commands you may need to complete the hands-on version of the skills-based assessment.
There is nothing to submit for your packet tracer work this week.

NETW 203 Week 7 HANDS-ON LAB(S)

However, there is a hands-on skills-based assessment (SBA) that is required this week. The SBA is a requirement of the Cisco Academy to complete this course. You must attempt it in order to be promoted out of this class.
Your instructor may be able to give you some extra practice time before you attempt the hands-on skills-based assessment (SBA). Your instructor will inform you of the exact format of the the SBA. It may be done individually or in groups depending on a number of factors, most critical of which is availability of lab resources. Although the assessment is scheduled in Week 7, you instructor may allow you or require you to take it in Week 8.

NETW 203 Week 7 CISCO COURSE FEEDBACK 

Complete the Cisco course feedback. Caution, there are two feedback mechanisms to evaluate this course. One is for DeVry and the other is for the Cisco Academy. Feedback for the Academy is required. The Cisco course feedback is located in the same place you go to take an assessment on NETACAD.

NETW 203 Week 7 ASSESSMENT LESSONS 1-11 

Retake any Lesson 1–11 assessment you and your instructor feel would be beneficial.

NETW 203 Week 7 FINAL EXAM

You will need to complete the Final Exam. Although the exam is scheduled for Week 8, your instructor may allow you to attempt it in Week 7 and give you a second chance in Week 8. When we do this, the first exam should have the Cisco standard 75-minute time limit, and the second attempt (if you are allowed to have one) should have the standard DeVry 120-minute time limit. Remember, like any other Cisco Exam, the last score achieved is the one you keep.
Completion of the Final Exam is also a Cisco Academy requirement. It will be closed book and supervised following as closely as possible the test environment for the actual CCNA Cert Exam.

Final Exam
The Final Exam is accessible from the Cisco Academy website. The Final Exam is closed book, closed note, and closed Internet.
Your instructor will determine the amount of time that you will have to complete the exam.
To access your Final Exam, click the take assessment link within your course on the academy website, and select it from the list. Click begin when you are ready to start.
