In this week’s Team case for analysis:

Chapter 11 of the text includes a discussion of several trends that may have a role in the future of training. Read that portion of the Chapter and do scholarly research.

Find at least three other trends (other than those covered in Chapter 11) that will affect the future of training. (The SHRM website would be a good place to start.)Analyze each of the three trends. Present the advantages and disadvantages of each of the trends.

Each group should do the following:

• Create a three to four page (not counting the cover page and reference page )analysis and recommendation and submit as a Word document. Use APA format and include at least 3 scholarly sources, in addition to the text.
• Create a 2-4 slide Narrated PowerPoint presentation that presents the material.

Each team member should submit the assignment.
