Instructions

For this course, you are required to complete 90 direct-care (face to face) clinical hours with an approved clinical preceptor at an approved site, in which we have an affiliation agreement (you completed this process with our clinical coordinators before this course began).  Approximately half of the required clinical hours and patient encounters for the course should be completed by this time to receive a passing clinical mid-term grade.

In addition, as part of the required clinical hours, you will collaborate with your preceptor to meet the course objectives.  You must document your clinical hours in Typhon, and your preceptor must verify these hours directly in Typhon.

For your mid-term clinical evaluation processes, you need to ensure the following are completed in the Typhon platform.  Failure to complete the following may result in failure of the course.

·          Time Log (Mid-term) is completed and approved by your preceptor in Typhon.

·         Approximately half of the required clinical hours and patient encounters for the course should be completed by this time.

·         Download and submit the completed time log here.
