This Course:
Instructions
For this course, you are required to complete 90 direct-care
(face to face) clinical hours with an approved clinical preceptor at an
approved site, in which we have an affiliation agreement (you completed this
process with our clinical coordinators before this course began).
In addition, as part of the required clinical hours, you will
collaborate with your preceptor to meet the course objectives. You must
document your clinical hours in Typhon, and your preceptor must verify these
hours directly in Typhon. In addition, at mid-term (week 4) and final (week 7)
points of the course, your preceptor must complete an evaluation on you in
Typhon. Job aids for how to do so can be found on the clinical resources page
in Canvas.
For this week, in addition to your clinical hours, your
preceptor must complete your Mid-term Evaluation in Typhon if they have not
done so already (they were provided a job aid to do this; it is also found on
the clinical resources page in Canvas).
For your mid-term clinical evaluation processes, you need to
ensure the following are completed in the Typhon platform. Failure to complete
the following may result in failure of the course.

Preceptor Clinical Evaluation of Student (Final) is completed by
your preceptor in Typhon.
